Also I want to make people follow the rules of the server. I want to help grow this community so it gets big and beautiful and keep it that way. Past staff experiences: I have been staff on different servers, DarkRP, and Star Wars Rp. The longest and most evident was the one on darkrp, but the Star Wars Rp server was also one of my greatest experiences I have ever had with a great community made my job easy.[/color][/b] [b]Why should you be picked over other staff candidates: [color=#c0392b]I should be chosen over other applicants for a number of great reasons. To start, I am very experienced in Garry's Mod. I have nearly an unholy 2001 hours total on the game. It would be safe of me to assume that 2001 of those hours were spent online playing on DarkRp servers and Star Wars Rp. I am mature and understand the responsibility and authority associated with the Admin position. I know how to handle situations involving insubordinate players, cheaters, and rule breakers. I have good situational communication skills that will aid me through the many struggles that come along with the position. I, along with most Garry's Mod players, have witnessed or been the target of admin abuse. I have learned from those sickening players how not to behave as an admin and promise to be fair and honest.[/color] State some qualities about yourself: [color=#c0392b]I'am good person and friendly i don't minge in servers i like playing RP servers . I play DarkRP , StarWarsRP , MilitaryRP and i have experience on these RP's. You can trust me . I help others whit their problems if they need to. I sometimes get mad when someone did something bad to me. After rage i close Garrys Mod and go chill a bit and go back to the server i was playing before.[/color] [/b] [b]A CT has RDM'd on deck 2, you know him and know he can roleplay, what do you do (Include commands): [color=#c0392b]First of all i will bring him to me and freeze him that he can't do anything and don't kill anyone and don't run. I will ask what did he done wrong and why did he done that . After that I will explain what he did wrong and warn him for RDM. And verbal warning for going on deck 2 when he can’t go there.[/color][/b] [b]Someone started the alarm, what will you do (Include commands):[color=#c0392b] I will go to the tower quick as possible and find who pressed it if I found who did it I will freeze him and tell him what he did wrong and I would warn him if he did press the button. And if i didn't got anyone who pressed the button i will tell people to stop pressing the button for no reason, because you can get warned for pressing it whitout any reason.[/color] What skills do you have that you believe can help you during your time as a staff member:[color=#c0392b] I have experience on staff member . I know why and for what I have to warn people or ban them or even kick them from the server.
